Refund & Cancellation Policy
COPYCATZ reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
Cancellations by customers will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the process of producing/ shipping your shirt has been started. COPYCATZ hold all the rights to accept or decline any cancellations.
Any modifications to your order would also be governed by the above terms.
Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your product delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange even if there is a defect in the product.
Returns are only eligible if there is a defect, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be given back to your copycatz wallet, within a certain amount of days.
In case customer refuses to accept the product at the time of delivery, the refund will be processed after deducting the bank transaction charges i.e 2% of order cost and shipping charges incremental of INR 50 per 500 gms and above.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or discounted items cannot be refunded or Exchanged for another product.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In case of size issues there is no replacement. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

To return your product, write to us email@example.com we will schedule a reverse pickup.
Delivery timelines can vary from the standard timeline due to various factors like location, volumes, natural calamities, technical issues, non delivery within the shipping timeline specified does not qualify for a refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
